** Additional Land Registry disbursements – costs to be advised
We will carry out an electronic search on each client/executor named in the will, that instructs us. This will cover anti-money laundering (AML), politically exposed person (PEP), sanctions checks and monitoring, starting from £6.00 per person. These costs will increase if a client is resident overseas.
Prices will be confirmed at the meeting with a fee earner – any work carried out which is not covered by the initial instructions received from our client will be charged in accordance with our hourly rates.
